The Kiss Of Chaos

I stand unmoved; with feet heavy and inert,
Words ringing in my ear; not so euphonious though,
Tears welled up in my eyes; they resist from trickling down.

I desperately yearn to run away,
Shut myself; shut everyone else up,
Shout out loud
And cut the leash of all stares.

Fear hovers over me; my thoughts gagged by demons,
Demons of my own making.
The devil smiles from above; that brazen smile,
And kisses me. The kiss of chaos; dark and drowning.

My blood freezes, numbs all veins,
And,
In vain goes my efforts to thaw the frozen.

I peer at hope being swept away
Like being pulled into the pits of the dunes.

I disdain the thought of giving in
And collect all brawn.

Straighten my feet, stand sturdy,
Proclaim my credo inside my head.
Not this hour,
Not this day; nor in times to come,
Is fear gonna triumph and see me fail.
Let there be the mess of callousness,
For, fear of the fear is ephemeral.

I am, all but darkness,
I am, all but weakness,
I am, all but a fiasco.

I Wanted A Fairytale

Top post on IndiBlogger.in, the community of Indian Bloggers

“We love each other like matches in the dark. We don't talk, we catch fire instead ”
― Mathias Malzieu

Love stories are fairytales afar fancy;
Dreams invariably like dwam,
Waking desires.

Even absolute closeness;
Fails to abridge the distances,
Of hearts that have fallen apart.

Never can the sky subsume the earth;
Beyond the horizon,
While the sun fades down.

The song of heart never finds a voice;
When happy notes make U-turn,
Every melody shift to requiem.

The radiance of colors merely shriveled away;
Eyes toiling to revive,
That name once written on sand.

My story had heartbeats sans many words;
It was “Love” beyond any doubt,
But not a love story though.

The love which ends in incompleteness;
Is never untrue,
But, I wanted a fairytale.

Love Me. Will You?

Top post on IndiBlogger.in, the community of Indian Bloggers

I search for my smile;
I left it on your lips, the last time we kissed,
Which you now possess, I gladly let you do.
Your mirth and laughter,
Allures me
I wonder, if I could acknowledge
All your dubeity.
I fall in love, all over again
Wish to linger in your arms;
Let me. Will you?
And drink your beauty with my eyes,
Flatter you till you flush,
Exchange glances, caresses, kisses
Bewitch me with your pretty smile;
And I shall cajole you to stay put
In my life. Endlessly.
Love me forever. Will you?

Take Me Away, Make Me Free

Top post on IndiBlogger.in, the community of Indian Bloggers

“Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.”
― Richard Puz

I am;
Turning into triviality,
With each grain of sand
Diminish beneath my feet.
Staring into tenebrosity,
Of the night, and
Wonder, how it never ceases to cheat.

If ever;
You see me digress,
Seduce me, with your smile so divine.
You feel my coldness,
And chills run down your spine.
Infatuate me, with your gentle caress,
Let our souls intertwine.

Come;
Hold me, with sensuous kiss, make me free,
Of all things I misunderstood
Love me, till the moment of adios.
Take my hand, take me away, walk with me,
Into the woods
Until my existence draws to close.

When in Life;
You decide to stop loving me,
Ask not for me to anyone, ‘coz
I, would vanish, bit by bit,
Into cessation
But, in all your memories, I would stay
For I, am your addiction.

Hence;
I beseech you, to,
Never break off from love
And I shall follow you,
To the greens and the blues;
Of the plains and the seas
Beyond eternities.

Take my hand, walk with me; Take me away and make me free.

Unsaid Words

 “Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind,
And therefore is winged Cupid painted blind.”
― William Shakespeare

Of all the years that I hope to be with you
And in those moments of lost thoughts
I hear them all; those unsaid words, feel I always knew
Them to be present, within the knots
Of your heart’s secrets; only to find them
Inter-weaved and concealed
Secured away from every despair and mayhem
I close my eyes, listen to the unsaid and desire to be healed
From the pain and hurt; let the fire quench
Of my burning soul
But, your stare stings deep; on this bench
I sit still; and let my fantasies go beyond control
I watch you, looking at me, with altering glances
Smiling and caressing, my curves on your canvas
I keep going back to my thoughts and wonder, of my chances
To live my dreams; I call it my madness
But my feelings perennial, and will always be
Such is my desire to grow old with you
You shake me out of my trance asking to have a look at me
Transfixed, I stand gaping vacantly
At the most beautiful painting I would ever see
Since it said those unsaid words;
“Be Mine, Coz I Care”
Our fingers entangled, your eyes staring through
All I could respond is “Yes, I will be there”

My Quest For Those Simple Answers

Love and Care

Do I care to love interminably;

Or, do I love to care excessively

Whatever I dared to do;

Breaking apart from all taboo

In the midst of exasperating stares;

Rattled with the intervention affairs

I loved and cared;

With every atom of my cell

I could, in no account, imagine;

That doing thus, could afflict like hell

Didn't you mention that you loved me the most?

Or is it your pride you feared to be lost

How guileless of me to fancy it my way;

That love is above all; be pride or any dismay

And love conquers all, winning every heart;

That how flawless you were in that part

Didn’t you ever notice the ceaseless care in my eyes?

Or was it all sham for you, alike your ornate lies

Wasn’t a decade adequate for you?

To settle on a set course

And what about those distorted promises?

You no more recall; and wonder you had ever voiced

May be, I bestowed much more than you deserved;

Contrarily, your neglects caused me turn unnerved

Legends said it so aptly;

Too much of anything always turns nasty

At the end; all seemed to drown in vain;

When conferred with incessant pain

You chose pride over love;

Comfort over battle and stature over care

I often ask myself. Why did I devote?

Recklessly and Carelessly; In

Too much love; And too much care

Is it wrong to love someone irrevocably?

Or, is it not apt to care for your love?

Is it not done to wait for someone you love?

Or, is it not fair to be honest with emotions?

I am trying to figure out simple answers

Life seems to be too long;

And I am running out of patience

You promised to be around; Always

Or, Did you simply run out of yours?
