Once upon a time in autumn;
There she was,
The lonely heart, but the happy soul,
Contagiously mirthy.
She wandered in the mountains
Talked to the moon,
Wishing for harmony and love
From the stardust; In silence.
One fine day;
He ran into her,
And there he stood, gaping in amazement,
Besotted with her smile,
The lucky air struck the chord,
She loved to smile, he loved her smile.
Why did summer bypass spring?
Coz, that’s when history walked past them
Why couldn’t he turn a blind eye?
Why did she have to endure;
Like the days of yore.
She now awaits;
Calmly,
Blankly,
Unsmiling,
With nostalgia in her company,
Wishing for love and harmony,
From the stardust, in grief.
And autumn to come round.

Beautiful and soul rendering Why does Summer bypass spring?...
ReplyDeleteHa Ha Ha. Good question. My answer- Cz the summer storm entered their lives before spring blossoms could.
